CFX\u2019s line of Face Only masks on adjustable cinching balaclavas!<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Each mask comes secured on a black balaclava cloth mask with stitched eyelets and adjustable lacing using provided paracord and sliding lock clip; This allows you to secure the mask snugly to your face and better yet, NO METAL PARTS on the mask or balaclava! Masks are notated between our \u201cMale\u201d and \u201cFemale\u201d designs, but with the adjustable balaclava, sizing has been expanded on each mask.<\/p>\n

This is the\u00a0Face Only version<\/strong><\/em> of our Flayed Frank mask! Flayed Frank wasn\u2019t all that comfortable in his own skin, so he removed it. This flesh-less fellow has exposed muscles, tendons, and even visible bones, including the vertebrae down his back. Lost soul, torture victim, or simply a skinless monstrosity, Frank makes the perfect gruesome addition to your collection.<\/p>\n
