With more than 30 years in construction, Elwin specializes in construction supervision, including accurate takeoffs, estimating, budgeting, contracting, purchasing, budgeting, contracting, purchasing, and invoicing. He prepares all estimates and oversees the day to day operation of the company. Elwin is highly proficient in construction management, is an effective problem solver. He maintains an excellent working relationship with past and current customers, architectural firms and government officials. He also possesses high knowledge in the areas of human resources, planning, fund raising, building, finance, community relations, and organizational operations.

Jamie has been with E.C.O. Builders since 1993. Before joining, E.C.O. Builders as a field superintendent, Jamie was a members of the United States Air Force. He specializes in all types of carpentry, including framing, woodworking, cabinetry, and final trim work. Jamie also oversees all essential field employees, as well as construction schedules, to ensure that all projects contracted with E.C.O. Builders, Inc. are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality available in the industry.

Gary has been with E.C.O. Builders since 2005. Gary is skilled in all phases of construction including but not limited to site preparation, roofing, concrete, and drywall. He’s always willing to pitch on to help the team, and he gets the job done right the first time.

Joe works as a lead field supervisor on all residential projects. His exceptional knowledge and craftsmanship allows him to be a confident leader. His main goal is to ensure that all tasks are performed properly and of the utmost quality. Joe has gained well-rounded experience in a range of construction project applications over his career with E.C.O. Builders. His ability to manage the sequencing of a project, coupled with strong client relationships, makes him a positive addition to our company. Joe enjoys hanging out with his family and loves watching his daughter grow.

Lynn joined the E.C.O. Builders staff in 2002. He was quickly promoted to field supervisor because he consistently meets and often exceeds his job requirements. He specializes in all phases of construction from site preparation, drainage, and bulkheads to house raising and leveling.

Before joining E.C.O. Builders in 2003, Robert began his career in the construction business after serving three (3) years in the United States Army. He was promoted to field supervisor due to his dedication and reliable work habits. Robert has many construction skills including but not limited to drywall, flooring, and trim work. He is consistently successful in improving his skills, and he works hard to do so.

Heidi has the ability to interpret many legal documents including contract documents, liens, and letters. She is highly skilled in generating invoices and statements. Heidi is responsible for negotiating past due accounts, provides administrative support for the office such as answering telephones, assisting customers, and resolving and referring a range of administrative problems and inquiries, and greeting our clients. When not at work with E.C.O. Builders, Heidi also manages her husband’s electrical company and enjoys spending time with her fur babies.

Patricia began working with E.C.O. Builders, Inc. in 2013 bringing her extensive experience in customer service and administration. If you have called our office, you have probably heard her cheerful voice. She is exceptional at what she does because of her positive attitude and enthusiasm for the services we provide. She strives for excellence in customer service and office skills and continues to upgrade her knowledge of the latest innovations in the construction industry. Patricia has two children and enjoys spending time with family and friends. Her interests include outdoor activities, going to movies, and travel.

As project coordinator, Robin oversees all residential and commercial construction projects but also manages all field supervisors and sub-contractors. She has the ability to work effectively with architects, engineers, developers, contractors, inspectors, city officials, and many of our satisfied customers. Robin also manages our day to day marketing opportunities, encompasses managing the creation and production of marketing materials such as brochures, advertising materials, networking, and our website.

Davina has been employed with E.C.O. Builders since 1996. She quickly became the office manager due to her great organizational skills and high knowledge of many office programs. She handles all activities in accounts payable. Davina ensures the timely payments of vendor invoices and produces a variety of company financial reports. She assists on completion and maintenance of general ledgers, and also manages payroll, bookkeeping, deposits, and bank reconciliations.
