I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working in different settings. I have worked in Multisystemic Therapy (MST), Outpatient Mental Health, and an Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital. I have experience working with clients of all ages diagnosed with Depression, Anxiety, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Grief, Bipolar and relationship issues. I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) technique, Trauma-Focused CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Functional Family Therapy.<\/p>\n

My experience as a Social worker has helped me to connect with individuals, couples, and families to assist them in the change process. I would like to utilize this experience to also help individuals with improving their life to live in his or her purpose.<\/p>\n

I believe everyone is unique and different and is the expert in their lives. I will develop a working relationship to support each client through a collaborative process. I am committed to helping you in your journey to achieve your goals.<\/p>\n
