Before submitting your birthday party packet:<\/p>\n

    Call the gym at 985-727-7277<\/strong> to reserve a party slot.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    After reserving, complete the birthday party packet and email it to info@mandevillesportscomplex.com<\/a><\/strong> or bring it to the facility.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Your completed form must be received within 48 hours<\/strong> of making the reservation.<\/p>\n
