Enrollment
Fill out the nessessary forms to become a member of eRXJustice.
Pay Fee
A one-time annual fee is charged to your attorney $30.00
At the pharmacy
Present your membership card. The pharmacy records, your membership card detail & computes your net cost
Payments
1st Step: At the pharmacy, the patient / plaintiff pays the net price of the maximum discounted prescriptions.
2nd Step: After leaving the pharmacy with filled prescriptions, eRXJustice processes a unique comprehensive fee for each prescription within 48 hours, covering all negotiated discounted costs for pharmacy-PBM administration and all processing costs. This $9 is collected from the attorney on the patient's behalf.
