We visit the ancient Greek ruins of Segesta, set among rolling hills and expansive views, followed by lunch at a countryside agriturismo. Afternoon returns to the villa for the beloved Sicilian pause—Ora d’ Pranzo—a time for rest, reflection, or quiet pleasure. Evening brings a stroll through Castellammare del Golfo, dinner at a favorite local restaurant, and your first comparisons among Sicily’s many gelato masters.

After breakfast, we travel along the coast to Trapani. A walking exploration reveals elegant architecture, seaside vistas, and the historic Chiesa del Purgatorio with its famed “Misteri” sculptures. Lunch is enjoyed in the old town before continuing to the iconic Sicilian salt pans, where sea salt has been harvested for centuries. Evening returns to the villa for Ora d’ Pranzo and later dinner in the village of Balestrate at a beloved local restaurant.

Today we enter Palermo—the vibrant cultural heart of Sicily.
We begin in Capo Market, where your chef selects ingredients alongside local vendors. Guests may join the experience or explore independently through the lively streets and shops. The day includes Palermo’s cathedral, historic quarters, and iconic piazzas before returning to the villa. Evening features a special market-inspired dinner prepared from the morning’s selections—an intimate culinary celebration of Sicily.

Today is devoted to the Mediterranean. We board a private boat in Castellammare and cruise along the Zingaro Nature Reserve, anchoring in crystalline coves for swimming, snorkeling, and a leisurely onboard lunch with local wine. Dinner unfolds in the historic town of Alcamo, birthplace of Sicily’s modern white wine tradition.

We ascend to Erice, a medieval hilltop town overlooking the sea. Cobblestone lanes, artisan workshops, ancient churches, and panoramic views create one of Sicily’s most enchanting settings. Lunch features local specialties before returning toward the coast for a private olive estate visit. Here, a family welcomes us into their home to share olive oils, wines, and traditional fare—an intimate glimpse into Sicilian heritage.

We visit the shrine of Santa Rosalia atop Mount Pellegrino, patron saint of Palermo, where spiritual history meets sweeping coastal views. Lunch follows in Borgo Parrini, a colorful restored village of mosaics, murals, and artisan charm. Evening returns to the villa for the beloved Grill Night—cocktails on the terrace, music with Dale, shared laughter, and relaxed celebration beneath the Sicilian sky.

Today we experience one of Sicily’s most beautiful beaches. Reserved chairs and umbrellas await, along with a chef-prepared seaside lunch and chilled prosecco. Swimming, relaxation, and optional beachside massage create a day of effortless pleasure. Evening brings sunset at a family-owned winery in Alcamo, with tastings, local specialties, and views across the vineyards.

Morning offers a hands-on cooking experience with the chef, sharing techniques and recipes to bring Sicily home with you.
