How to Get Your Sign Designed with Louisiana Sign Factory?
At Louisiana Sign Factory, we make it easy for you to get your custom sign designed, whether it’s a Channel Letter Sign, Monument Sign, Halo Back-Lit Sign, or any other type of signage. We’ll help you through the design process step-by-step, and you’ll receive a high-quality sign that you can install on your own. Here’s how to get started:
Submit a Picture of Your Storefront
- Why It Matters: To accurately design your sign and give you an accurate quote, we need to understand the space where your sign will be placed.
- How to Do It: Step outside and take a straight-on picture of your storefront, making sure the door is visible. This allows our software to scale the size of your sign appropriately. The clearer the picture, the better the design and quote will be!
- We also need the width of your door in inches!
Choose Your Sign Design
- Why It Matters: You have the freedom to select the design that best fits your business’s brand and space.
- How to Do It: Browse our selection of generic sign styles or custom design options. Whether you’re interested in Cloud/Common Channel Signs, Monument Signs, Channel Letters, or another type, we have a wide variety to suit your needs. If you have a logo, please send it over for us to incorporate into your design. A high-resolution AI or EPS file is preferred, but a JPG or compressed image will work for the initial quote.
Send Your Information to Us
- Why It Matters: We need to collect all the necessary information to begin your design and provide an accurate quote.
- How to Do It: Text your storefront picture to (985) 626-1642. Don’t forget to include your name, email address, and phone number so we can follow up with you. (Submissions without contact details will not be processed.)
If you have a logo, email it to us at info@louisianasignfactory.com. We’ll use your logo in the design and provide you with an accurate quote.
Receive Your Free Design and Quote
- Why It Matters: You’ll know exactly what your sign will look like and how much it will cost before committing.
- What Happens Next: Within 24 hours, we’ll email you a superimposed design of your sign on your building so you can visualize how it will look in your space.
The email will include a detailed price quote for the design, along with instructions on how to move forward.
Approve the Design and Place Your Order
- Why It Matters: Once you approve the design, we’ll begin the production process and craft your custom sign.
- What Happens Next: If you’re happy with the design, confirm your approval and we’ll proceed with creating your sign. A 50% deposit is required to start production, with the balance due when your sign is ready for delivery. We accept all major credit cards for your convenience. We also offer financing through one of our trusted partners.
Sign Production
- Why It Matters: Your custom sign will be crafted using high-quality materials to ensure it looks great and lasts.
- What Happens Next: Once your order is confirmed, we will begin the production process, which typically takes 21 working days. (Note: weekends and holidays don’t count toward working days.) Your sign will be carefully crafted to meet the specifications outlined in the design phase, using durable materials like acrylic, aluminum, or HDU.
Receive Your Sign
- Why It Matters: You’ll get your professionally designed sign delivered to your location, ready for installation.
- What Happens Next: After production is complete, your sign will be carefully packaged and shipped to you. You’ll receive tracking information so you can monitor your sign’s delivery.
Once you receive your sign, you can install it yourself or with the help of a professional installer.
