Lance White, J.D., is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Lance White Legal, L.L.C., which operates as Magnolia Disability Law Firm. As a licensed Louisiana Attorney since 2013, Lance White dedicated his entire practice to the area of Social Security Disability claimant representation at all levels of the administrative appeals process. His experience helping more than 1000 claimants in administrative hearings gives him an invaluable perspective on winning claims.
Lance is deeply committed to public service, having received the 2018 Louisiana State Bar Association Pro Bono Publico Award for his extensive work helping indigent claimants receive the financial and health benefits they desperately needed.
MEET THE TEAMPaula White
Paula White was admitted by the Social Security Administration as an Eligible for Direct Pay Non-Attorney (EDPNA) in 2019 and meets the rigorous professional standards required to represent clients before the Social Security Administration at all levels of the disability administrative process. She is also designated as an Accredited Disability Representative (ADR) through the National Association of Disability Representatives (NADR), reflecting her deep expertise in handling disability claims. Paula is an active member of NADR’s Political Action Committee (PAC) that advocates protecting the rights of Social Security Disability claimants.
Paula has been an essential part of the Magnolia Disability team since 2018, representing claimants throughout the complex Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) application and appeals process.
